2. What is included in the RV rental? Our RVs come equipped with basic amenities such as a kitchen, bathroom, and sleeping areas. Some also include additional features like outdoor awnings and entertainment systems. We provide a detailed list of features for each RV on its individual listing page.

3. Can I bring my pet in the RV? Yes, we are a pet-friendly company. However, we do require a small additional cleaning fee for pets to ensure the RV remains clean and comfortable for all users.

4. What is your cancellation policy? We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least two weeks before the rental start date. For cancellations made less than two weeks in advance, please refer to our detailed cancellation policy.

5. Do you offer roadside assistance? Yes, we offer 24/7 roadside assistance for any mechanical issues that may arise during your rental period. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.

6. How many people can sleep in the RV? The number of people that can comfortably sleep in the RV depends on the model. We provide this information on each RV’s listing page.

7. Can I take the RV out of state? Yes, you are free to travel out of state with our RVs. However, please let us know your travel plans when booking.

8. Do I need to clean the RV before returning it? We ask that you return the RV in the same condition you received it. This includes emptying the waste tanks and cleaning up after yourself. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the RV is returned in poor condition.
